Coconut Milk Cake


- Eggs: 4 grains

- Sugar: a cup

- Coconut: two and a half

cups - Baking powder: a tablespoon

- Vegetable oil: two thirds of the cup

- Vanilla: a tablespoon

- Milk: a cup (liquid)

Flour: 2 cups

Coconut: a cup (for decoration)

How to prepare

In the bowl of an electric mixer, put the eggs, sugar, vanilla, oil and milk.

Mix the ingredients well until they overlap.

Add the flour, coconut and baking powder and stir to get rid of lumps.

Pour the cake mixture into a lightly oiled oven tray, then place it in a preheated oven at 200°C until the cake is done.

Take out the cake from the oven and distribute the coconut on the face.
