The hamburger was named after the German city of Hamburg; Where this city was famous for serving a small loaf of bread stuffed with a circular piece of meat hundreds of years ago, and in this article we will present how to make hamburger dough. 

How to make hamburger dough


three cups of flour. Three tablespoons of powdered milk. A small pinch of salt. Three tablespoons of olive oil. A cup of warm water. A tablespoon of yeast. Two teaspoons of sugar. Half a spoonful of sesame and nigella


Mix the flour, salt, milk and oil in a bowl. In another bowl, mix sugar and warm water. Pour the yeast mixture over the flour mixture and knead the ingredients well for at least ten minutes until they are homogeneous, and we get a cohesive dough. Cover the dough and leave it for at least thirty minutes. Divide the dough into balls of equal size, and similar in shape, then half the balls in a tray covered with butter paper. Cover the dough balls with plastic wrap, and leave them for at least an hour and a half. Heat the oven on a medium temperature. Brush the surface of the dough balls with a special brush with a little water,

Then sprinkle sesame and nigella. Put the tray into the oven, and leave it for at least fifteen minutes or until the balls are red. We take the tray out of the oven, leave it to cool, and then use it to make the hamburger.
